Microsoft Research-IISc AI Seminar Series

The Microsoft Research–Indian Institute of Science AI Seminar Series aims to organize widely accessible talks on cutting-edge AI research. The seminar series will feature speakers who are leaders in their areas. It will cover a wide variety of topics at the research frontier of AI: from applications and societal impact to theoretical foundations, from deep learning to cognitive science, from computer vision to NLP. We welcome everyone, from students to academic and industrial researchers to people from other walks of life who may be curious about AI. We will hold an extended Q&A session so that participants will get to interact with the speaker via moderators. By regularly bringing the community together and through open dialogue we hope that the seminar series will further inspire creativity and foster collaboration in the Indian AI research ecosystem and beyond.

One-time registration provides access to all seminars in the series, making it easy to attend the sessions that work with your schedule. You’ll receive reminders with event details and a link to join in advance of each event.

Details about the next event can be found here.
