Thank you for your interest in the Microsoft Black Partner Growth Initiative (BPGI). BPGI is a business incubator for Black tech business owners with a goal of enhancing pathways for profitability through community. Through guided support about key resources within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, BPGI empowers business owners to maximize the full potential of Microsoft resources, navigate the complexities of the tech landscape with confidence, and achieve more.

If you are interested in joining BPGI, please use your business email to fill out the interest form and be added to the mailing list. You will then receive instructions on how to begin the formal application process. Note: organizations must be an AI Cloud Partner Program member with a Partner ID in authorized status to join BPGI.

What does membership in BPGI provide?

Membership in BPGI provides additional support for established and growth-minded businesses, along with the tools and resources already available to Microsoft partners. BPGI provides support to partners through unique access to a cohort model with curated training and programming. If you're accepted into BPGI, you’ll receive relevant guidance and clarity on resources offered through the AI Cloud Partner Program. The support, amplification, and visibility provided through BPGI can help guide your organizational journey as you continue to build, sell, and go to market with Microsoft.

• Access to training about relevant Microsoft tools and resources
• Cohort programs with curated guidance to support you as you create solutions and/or services
• A senior advisor who serves as a mentor, working one-on-one with you on your growth plan
• The opportunity to apply to the Partner Capital Fund, which provides financial support to help businesses grow
• A community platform to engage with other partners
• Networking with Microsoft stakeholders, other partners, and business leaders at curated digital and in-person events
