Update on calculations and payout dates for FY26 CSP incentives

On July 1, 2025, we launched a refined CSP incentive model for a more predictable and profitable environment as you deliver strategic customer solutions.

The incentive model consists of three key levers. First, core rates that provide a foundational incentive. Second, an accelerator that boosts payouts for our strategic per-seat products. And third, a growth lever for acquiring new customers, upselling new workloads, and expanding existing relationships.

Between July 1 and September 30, we calculated the CSP incentives against the FY25 core, strategic product accelerator, and customer add levers. Effective October 1, we began calculating against the new FY26 core, strategic product accelerator, and growth levers.

We want to make you aware of some key dates when your earnings report will be available and when payouts will begin:

  • July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025: CSP incentives calculated with FY25 core, strategic product accelerator, and customer add levers prior to recalculation.
  • October 1, 2025: New CSP incentive partner eligibility requirements go into effect. Calculations begin using the new FY26 core, strategic product accelerator, and growth levers.
  • Late December: October – November 2025 earnings are visible in Partner Center Earnings report.
  • January 15, 2026: First payout with new FY26 model—includes October and November earnings.
  • Mid-January: July – September 2025 earnings are recalculated using FY26 core, strategic product accelerator, and growth levers, while maintaining FY25 partner eligibility. Visible in Partner Center Earnings report.
  • February 15, 2026: Payout for December 2025 earnings and July – September 2025 recalculated earnings.

As a reminder, as of October 1, 2025, CSP partners must meet the new FY26 CSP incentive eligibility requirements we announced in May to qualify for these incentives.
