Microsoft is excited to host our 3rd Empowering Women in Financial Services Virtual Community Event on Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 from 2:00-3:30 PM EST. In this virtual community event, attendees will hear from noted speakers and panelists with diverse industry perspectives. In this engaging hour and a half, these leaders will share experience-based thought leadership on ways that women in financial services can—and do—drive a culture of continual innovation.
As digital transformation changes the face of the financial services industry, women are taking more seats in higher positions than ever before. A study by Oliver Wyman found women now make up 20% of executive committees and 23% of boards at major financial institutions.
