As the principal architect and evangelist of the NTT Data Business Solutions UK&I solutions strategy, Andy spends most of his time with 3 communities; organisations looking to get beyond the hype of Digital Transformation, his NTT DATA colleagues, and of course their Partners, principally SAP and Microsoft. When not at work, Andy spends most of his spare time trying to keep up with his two sons, relaxing with his wife or getting depressed supporting Tottenham Hotspur.

Celine Cazali

Chief Partner Officer,

Celine Cazali has been Chief Partner Officer at SAP UK & Ireland since January 2022 where she is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with SAP’s Global System Integrators, Hyperscaler Partners and SAP Solution Extension Partners. Celine is focused on developing a strong and trusted ecosystem in order to drive profitable, sustainable business for both SAP UK & Ireland and its valued partners, delivering world class customer outcomes.
12 years as an SAP veteran working in the Channel, Celine is passionate about building an ecosystem that helps drive innovation and value to SAP customers. Prior to her current role, Celine was Head of Mid-Market for SAP UK & Ireland for over a year, which came after 3+ years as SAP UK & Ireland Channel Director, where she developed impactful and trusted relationships with the SAP partner ecosystem.

James Bates

Head of RISE with SAP,
SAP UK & Ireland

As the Head of RISE with SAP for the UK and Ireland, James leads a team of experienced solution experts, architects, value engineers and service delivery specialists tasked with helping SAP’s customers accelerate their transformation to intelligent and sustainable enterprises.
With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, James joined SAP in 2017 as an Industry Account Director and then went onto lead the Strategic Engagement team for SAP UKI as part of the COO office. Prior to that, James worked at fast growing SaaS start up Apptio, and was part of the team that took the company through its successful IPO. Earlier in his career he spent over 8 years at Microsoft when they were also pivoting their strategy to the cloud and growing the Azure business, experiences that have helped James and his team launch Rise with SAP and turn it into SAP’s fastest growing cloud business.

Nadine Elsham

Alliances Manager,
SAP UK & Ireland

Nadine has 25 years’ experience in management, sales training and sales in the top three software companies (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft). Nadine is experienced in designing, managing and executing large complex sales training and customer success programmes.
Nadine is currently responsible for the Alliances business within the UK, leading a team of people responsible for strategic services partners, including our Hyperscalers. From 2016 to 2019, Nadine was responsible for leading and driving the revenue of the Solution Extension business in the UK. Solution Extensions are third party solutions developed by an elite selection of independent software partners, that compliment SAP solution capabilities. Prior to that, from 2013 through to mid-2016, Nadine was the EMEA Director for SAP’s Global Sales Academy, with a direct responsibility for all sales graduates in EMEA. Prior to this, Nadine was Sales Enablement Manager at SAP UKI for over 6 years, where she was responsible for UKI sales training and enablement for Sales, Presales and Field Services roles.
Before joining SAP in 2008, Nadine worked at Oracle for 10 years in a variety of roles, including leading Customer Success programmes in the UK and Ireland, selling technology into the higher education sector, and as a specialist CRM sales strategist, selling into the telco and manufacturing industries.
Nadine is a qualified coach, Accredited CEB Challenger Sales Trainer, Predictive Index (PI) Analyst Behavioural Profiling and Institute of Customer Success Accreditor and Trainer.
