Julien Bertin

Azure Business Lead – Microsoft Middle East & Africa HQ

Julien Bertin is the Azure Business Lead for Microsoft, Middle East and Africa. His organization is responsible for engaging Customers and Partners across the region assisting them with their unique IT ambitions and desires to migrate to the Cloud. In his previous roles, he was regional Managing Director at SAP and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Julien holds a Mathematics degree from Northumbria University and a Master of Science in Space Sciences from the Open University. He has also completed Accelerated Development of Talented Directors Program from Harvard Business School.

Mark Henry

Data & AI Specialist – Microsoft Middle East & Africa HQ

I am passionate about AI and the transformation that it provides to its curator. I have over a decade of experience in enabling customers to digitally transform using the oceans of data that they possess; and it is the foundation of what I do every day. I am also very aware of the moral standards on which artificial intelligence and general artificial intelligence need to be built upon. Our future needs to include only ethical AI/GAI.
Outside of work, I tend to maximize time with my family, however I am interested in playing with art and literature generation using AI, reading and social events.
