Bill Borden is the Corporate Vice President of Financial Services at Microsoft. As the head of Microsoft’s Worldwide Financial Services business, he leads the development and execution of Microsoft’s multi-year growth and compete strategies, as well as go-to-market investments, across the global financial services industry (FSI) to support its FSI customers in their digital transformation journeys.

Sean Foley, CTO, Worldwide Financial Services, Microsoft Corporation

Sean Foley is the Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft’s Worldwide Financial Services organization. He leads technology strategy across the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance industries and is a trusted advisor to many of Microsoft’s largest Financial Services customers on their technology direction.

Kausik Rajgopal, Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company

Kausik Rajgopal is the Managing Partner for McKinsey's Western US region and co-leads the firm’s global financial technology efforts. He has worked primarily in the financial services and financial technology sectors, helping banks, wealth and asset managers, payments processors, telecommunication and technology companies, networks, commercial banks, and consumer credit providers address strategy, operations, and organizational issues.

Shamus Weiland, CIO, Manulife

Shamus Weiland is the Chief Information Officer for Manulife and is a member of Manulife’s Executive Leadership Team. In his role, Shamus is responsible for overseeing the Company's Technology function and aligning Manulife's Technology Strategy with their global businesses to maximize value delivery while optimizing the technology footprint and costs in order to achieve their goal to be a digital customer leader.
