Lynne Dunbrack, Group Vice President IDC Lynne Dunbrack is Group Vice President for Public Sector, which includes IDC Government Insights and IDC Health Insights. She manages a group of analysts who provide research-based advisory and consulting services for payers, providers, accountable care organizations, IT service providers, and the IT suppliers that serve those markets. Specific areas of Lynne's in-depth coverage include mobile, constituency engagement, interoperability, digital transformation, privacy, and security as well as extensive technology coverage in clinical mobility, mobile health (consumer facing), end-to-end remote patient health monitoring, Internet of Things (IoT), telemedicine and virtual care, and digital therapeutics. |

Matthew Kull, Chief Information Officer Cleveland Clinic Matthew Kull is the enterprise Chief Information Officer at Cleveland Clinic, a global medical system that includes a main campus, 10 regional hospitals, 18 family health centers, and facilities in Florida, Nevada, Toronto, Abu Dhabi and London. He serves with responsibility for all aspects of the Clinic’s enterprise technology. Matthew is a recognized technology leader with a history of collaborative innovation and transformational technology strategies for a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, pharmacies, regional oncology and disease management institutions. His experience spans over twenty years in domestic and international enterprises. |

David Rhew, MD, Chief Medical Officer Microsoft David Rhew, MD serves as Chief Medical Officer for Microsoft’s worldwide commercial business. He co-holds six U.S. technology patents that enable authoring, mapping, and integration of clinical decision support into the electronic health record. David is the Chairman of the Health and Fitness Technology Division for the Consumer Technology Association and serves on CTA’s Board of Industry Leaders. David is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine. |
