Sanjay Ravi is responsible for the development of Microsoft’s global Automotive industry business. He leads the team that supports vehicle manufacturers and mobility service providers including their suppliers and ecosystem partners with innovative solutions and services strategies that accelerate digital transformation. Leveraging the breadth and depth of Microsoft technologies along with partner solutions, Ravi’s team guides the growth and competitive strategies for Microsoft in the following areas: accelerated vehicle innovation, resilient operations, differentiated customer experience, emerging mobility services, and increased organizational productivity.
Rody Senner, Americas Mixed Reality Sales Lead, Microsoft
Rody Senner is responsible for Microsoft’s Mixed Reality Sales in North America. She leads the team that supports customers, across industries, to realize the value of Microsoft’s mixed reality platform, from the intelligent edge to the intelligent cloud, transforming the modern workforce by fusing our physical and digital worlds into one intuitive and immersive experience. Her team also nurtures the most innovative and capable spatial computing partner ecosystem to develop solutions on Microsoft’s mixed reality platform across use cases, advancing market adoption and accelerating customer time to value.
Vice President, Customer Services, Mercedes-Benz USA
Christian Treiber became vice president, customer services for Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) in January 2016. In this role, Treiber has overall responsibility for the company’s customer service operations, engineering services, after-sales business development, parts logistics, Mercedes-Benz Academy and MBUSA's award-winning customer assistance center. Treiber’s most recent role was director of the after-sales service and parts business for Mercedes-Benz Cars. He began his career with Daimler in 1992 at the retail store in Dusseldorf. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Treiber worked in Daimler owned retail sales for five years before assuming responsibilities as general sales manager for automotive and non-automotive accessories. In 2003, he was appointed to general manager of the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Stuttgart.
