With more than 20 years of experience in the Automotive industry, he has been involved in the evolution of customer experience solutions across manufacturers, distributers, retailers, and mobility services providers.
 


Rafael Maldonado, NADA’s Technology Strategy & Chairman of STAR

Rafael Maldonado is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for NADA. Maldonado has more than 30 years of experience in information technology and has served in leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. He joined NADA in 2012. He is responsible for information systems and information technology for NADA Corporate IT, which includes enterprise applications, enterprise data, service desk, solution development, infrastructure, communications, mail and printing services and information security.
