Under this capacity, he is working with 34 governments to deliver digital transformation outcomes directed to boost economic growth, enhance social inclusion, enable good governance and promote national sustainability. Evangelos started his career in finance & auditing positions in Intel Corp. for CEE and General Electric (GE) in France. He is fluent Greek, English & French speaker.
 

Kirk Arthur

Kirk Arthur is the leader of Worldwide Public Safety and Justice for Microsoft. He is responsible for all aspects of the business, including the development and adoption of Microsoft technology solutions in public safety and justice.  Kirk previously served as a Supervisory Special Agent for the U.S. Secret Service and passionate about the safety and security of citizens in the global community.

 

Ross Gibson

Ross has worked across a number of Police Forces within England as the Account Manager over the last 4 years and has led on a number of technology driven Policing priorities such as Digital Forensics, Situational Awareness and Targeting Online Exploitation and vulnerability while boosting efficiencies in Policing through Agile working and Power Apps. Ross has prior experience working with Public and Private sector organizations as an Infrastructure, Platform and Software as a service specialist.
 

 

Jonathan Chapman

Jonathan Chapman is a technology leader focused on using and improving technology for public safety. He has twenty-three years of experience across; policing, intelligence and law enforcement, from being a frontline police officer to delivering national technology programmes and projects. He is currently the Head of IT at the City of London Police.

 

 
Jakub Kozak

Jakub joined Genetec in 2019 as Regional Sales Manager for East and Central Europe, where he’s responsible for managing his team in selling Genetec solutions across 17 countries. Prior to joining Genetec, Jakub gained 18 years of experience in the security field, including posts as Country Manager and Regional Sales Manager for leading companies in the defense and security industry.
 

 

 
Chris Ullah

Business Relations and Solutions Manager, Blackberry AtHoc Critical Communications, Blackberry

Chris is a retired Police Superintendent from Greater Manchester Police, having served 30 years with the force. He has a wealth of knowledge both at a strategic and tactical level in the areas of planning and commanding of major events, having lead some of the largest security operations in the history of the Force. Chris has also dealt with countless major incidents and emergencies, and experienced first-hand the communication challenges organisations face during routine.

 

 
Darren Spurgeon

Mobile Business Change Manager, Manchester Police

Inspector Darren Spurgeon joined GMP in 2001 and in his 20 year career has held various roles within the force - including operational response, neighbourhoods policing, licensing, custody, intelligence and the operational communications branch. For the past three years he has worked in change management for mobile technology. It is in this capacity he lead on the implementation of the Blackberry AtHoc system which won Mobile Innovation of the Year award at the 2021 UK National Technology Awards for GMP's innovative use of the system.
 

 

Andrea Rybarova

Andrea is Microsoft 365 Product Manager in Microsoft Central and Eastern Europe. Her mission is to make life of people working from home, office or even on the go easier with the support of tools such as Microsoft Teams. She is mostly responsible for Frontline workforce – people who are the backbone of every industry with specific challenges and needs.
