David Carmona | General Manager, AI & Innovation, Microsoft

David Carmona manages Microsoft AI’s go-to-market and strategy across enterprise and developer AI products and services. David has more than two decades of experience in the technology industry where he began his career as a software engineer.

He joined Microsoft more than 15 years ago and has held a variety of technical and business leadership roles both internationally and in Redmond.

Alina Irma Orban | Ad-Interim General Manager, Microsoft Romania

Alina Irma Orban is Microsoft’ Romania new Interim Manager since January 1st, 2021. Over the past six years, Alina Orban has been part of Microsoft Romania team, and previously held the Senior Sales Director position. She is an engineer with a Master’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, and over 17 years of experience in well-known multinational companies, with broader implication and control over strategic business areas.

Alina joined Microsoft Romania in June 2014, after holding top positions in companies like Vodafone and Romtelecom. During her career, she managed complex projects in Public and Corporate sectors, having a proven history of high performance as individual or as a team manager.


Liudmila Climoc | Chief Executive Officer, Orange Romania

Liudmila Climoc is the CEO of Orange Romania, the local telecom leader, since 2016. Under her leadership, the company went through important milestones that made an impact in the local telecom market and in the local economy development: Romania was the first country in the Orange Group to launch 5G connectivity, the start of the innovative Alba Iulia smart city pilot- project and the launch of new technologies and services, like the eSIM & HD Voice Plus technologies. With revenues over 1 billion euros, today, Orange is the #1 network in Romania having the most extended coverage and giving clients access to the fastest mobile internet.

Ömer Tetik | Chief Executive Officer, Banca Transilvania

Ömer Tetik, born in Hamburg and brought up in Izmir, graduated Magna Cum Laude the Faculty of Economics at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. He started his career at Ata Securities in Izmir, but one year later he moved to a treasury dealer position within Finansbank in Istanbul.

In 1997 he moved to Russia, as Manager of Treasury & Capital Market Department at Finansbank Moscow and in 2000 he became Deputy Vice President of the Romanian subsidiary. In 2013 he took on the CEO position at Banca Transilvania, a challenging task considering the bank was ranked 3rd in Romania.  Ömer Tetik is a member of YPO Romania and attended several training modules, including Euromoney and London Business School.


Aurelia Costache | EMEA Intelligent Automation Leader, Ernst & Young

Aurelia is leading the consulting practice of EY in Romania and Moldova and is also Intelligent Automation Leader of EY in EMEIA, (Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa).

A forward-looking professional, Aurelia is passionate about bringing to market innovative, technology-based solutions that create new opportunities for growth. She has a vast experience in digital transformation for large organizations, having led multiple high scale implementations throughout her career, both in Romania and internationally.

Aurelia holds B.Sc in Economic Informatics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Also, she has a postgraduate certificate in International Business, Business Administration and Management from the University of Edinburgh and an EMBA in Management from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées from Paris.

Alina Georgescu | CEE Sales Director & SEE Regional Director, IDC

Alina Georgescu helps companies across 7 countries from Poland to CIS to the Adriatic accelerate their digital transformation, playing on two key pillars: insights on how new technologies evolve and triathlon-spirit execution. The first is an IDC core worldwide strength, the second is one of Alina’s serious hobbies. She completed Olympic-distance triathlons, as well as marathons in Barcelona, Los Angeles, New York, and Berlin.

Alina’s instrumental knowledge to generate competitive edge in technology providers and users alike comes from years in the frontlines of the IT industry as senior manager with IDC and before that, with IBM Romania.

She holds a degree for Strategic Conversation and Business and Industry Insight from London Business School and graduated in Sociology and Social Assistance from The University of Bucharest. 


Gabriel Voicilă | Digital Technology Partner, PwC Romania

Gabriel Voicilă is Digital Technology Partner, with over 24 years of experience in the IT&C services industry. He is specialized in SAP and Intelligent Automation technologies and his role is helping clients in mastering digital transformations projects.

In his career, he was responsible for large technology engagements in Romania and South East Europe in financial services, healthcare, energy, and retail.

Gabriel is a graduate of the University Politehnica of Bucharest and holds an MBA from The University of Sheffield.

Petr Karasek | Director - Product Marketing Management - ERP @Microsoft CEE

Petr Karasek is Director of Product Marketing Management within Microsoft Central and Eastern Europe and holds an extensive 28+ years’ experience in Business Applications space, especially in strategic planning, business management and business development.

In Microsoft he spent the past 18 years on various management and leadership positions in Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe region. Before joining Microsoft, he was Product Director in Navision Software company and two other ERP vendors in Czech Republic.


Banu Baykal | Head of New Business, Growth Markets, LinkedIn Learning

Banu held various roles in different companies like Microsoft, Adobe and is currently responsible for building Learning solutions business for Growth markets region (Sub Saharan Africa, CEE, Israel, Malta, Turkey, Greece) at LinkedIn. Prior to that, she has built talent solutions business in SEE region for LinkedIn and lead [email protected] initiative for Dublin office.

She deeply believes that people with similar talent should have a similar chance to reach economic opportunities. She is passionate about LinkedIn vision to provide economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce and empower them to develop the skills they need to realize economic opportunity.


Güçlü Bilgi | Enterprise Account Executive, LinkedIn Learning

Güçlü Bilgi graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 2002 with a BSc. Degree in Management Engineering. During his career he has taken several roles in consultancy, sales, project management, and team management in Technology and Human Resources functions. His activities and interests have focused on systems design, data science, and behavioural sciences and their reflections in the modern organizations.

For the past 4 years, Güçlü is working in LinkedIns EMEA HQ in Dublin as an Enterprise Account Executive and collaborating with corporate clients in the CEE Region among the areas of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Digital Talent Acquisition.
