Annaline Van Asperen

Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Banking Sales

Annaline van Asperen studied B.Com at the University of Johannesburg.
She has been with the FirstRand Group since 2000, and held various positions, including CEO of FNB Banking Channels and FNB Regional Director.

As part of her career, she rotated between back, middle, and front office positions. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer for National Sales in FNB Commercial Bank.

She is a seasoned sales and operations manager with a wide range of skills, such as frontline relationship models, sales platform enablement, process optimisation and customer success management. She enjoys solving business problems by fostering a positive and diverse work environment between IT and Business.

She moved in 2018 to a coastal town called Hermanus, which is famous for its Southern Right Whale watching adventures. She and her husband own various small businesses and enjoy the coastal life with their two daughters and four dogs.

Nadine Abou-Khalil

Nadine Abou-Khalil is an accomplished professional serving as the Business Applications Customer Experience Business Lead for CEMA at Microsoft. With over a decade of expertise in Customer Experience, she has made significant contributions working with industry giants such as Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, and IBM.

A distinguished keynote speaker, Nadine empowers organizations to achieve a hyper-personalized Customer Experience seamlessly integrating both online and offline channels. Her visionary leadership is evident in her ability to streamline business development aspects, drive transformations, optimize revenue, penetrate markets, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Nadine's extensive experience encompasses various facets of Customer Experience, including Customer Data Platform, CRM, Customer Service & Field Service, Commerce, as well as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Her past endeavours involved assisting numerous clients, with growth strategy and roadmap development. Anand Nagwani

Global Black Belt (GBB) at Microsoft

Anand has extensive background in facilitating technology-led business transformation initiatives within financial services sector. Previously serving as a client partner at Oracle and then Infosys, Anand was managing key European and global banking client relationships, overseeing tactical projects to orchestrating strategic engagements around core banking, digital banking and business process re-engineering. During his tenure at UiPath, he collaborated with consulting firms and leading system integrators in EMEA, co-leading go-to-market initiatives involving robotic process automation (RPA). Presently, as a Global Black Belt (GBB) at Microsoft, Anand is focused on financial services clients in Business Applications (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform). Engaged with enterprise clients in EMEA, his work revolves around enhancing Customer Experience (CX), leveraging low-code-no-code based business process automation and app development. Exciting part of Anand’s role is to help financial services clients re-imagine their gen-AI driven customer and employee experiences, emphasizing on aligning technological capabilities with tangible business value so as to ensure transformative outcomes in an ever-changing industry landscape.

Melih Murat

Associate Director, IT Services & Software - Middle East, Turkey and Africa IDC

Melih is leading IDC’s AI research & consulting engagements in the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region and contributing to IDC’s global AI research initiatives. Melih is also driving IDC’s Channel Partner and Industry Ecosystem Evolution research in the region in terms of how end users’ adoption of emerging technologies is driving the shift from linear partnership models to ecosystem led collaboration models. Melih has spent 20 years in the ICT industry on multiple fronts and has expertise in strategic business planning, go-to-market planning for start-up, mid-size, large scale technology companies, technology adoption readiness assessment, technology marketing, competitive analysis & benchmarking, market sizing & trend analysis, and investor relations.
