Kirstin Donaldson

Principal Consultant, Equinox IT

Kirstin is an Equinox IT Principal Consultant with expertise in Agile and leadership coaching and training. She helps clients to introduce and refine Agile practices in a sustainable way to achieve greater efficiency in the delivery of software and projects.

Kirstin has over 17 years' experience in software delivery both in the United Kingdom and here in New Zealand. Her passion lies in coaching and training teams and leaders to help them become more collaborative, deliver quality at pace and ultimately become high performing.

Aravindh Rajagopalan

Cloud Business Consultant, Equinox IT

Aravindh is a Cloud Business Consultant with considerable experience in Microsoft ecosystem, Cloud productivity and Cloud platform. He helps clients adopt smarter ways of working, focusing on the important aspects of people, process and platforms.

Aravindh is a 'Toastmasters New Zealand' award winning public speaker and presenter which has allowed him to present at national and global events for technology vendors. He has spearheaded the Microsoft Cloud program in New Zealand for several global distribution and solution providers.

Sean Kelly

DevOps Architect, Equinox IT

Sean is a DevOps Architect with considerable experience in technical delivery, cloud platforms and DevOps engineering. He helps clients adopt DevOps ways of working, focusing on the important aspects of people, process and platforms.

Equinox IT is a Microsoft Gold partner for DevOps and Cloud Platform competencies and Sean has specialist expertise on the Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps platform, as well as other common DevOps platforms.

Sean has won a number of awards for his work and studies. He is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Science majoring in mathematics. He holds a Certificate in Interactive Computing and has completed numerous technology and IT industry courses.

Deane Sloan

Co-CEO, Equinox IT

Deane Sloan and David Reiss are Equinox IT's Co-CEOs.

In addition to his company leadership responsibilities, Deane runs Equinox IT's DevOps activities, leads a team of expert consultants and technical specialists, and works directly with key clients. As a practicing Principal Consultant Deane brings specialist expertise in DevOps and Agile, senior technology leadership, architecture, and change.

Deane has been a vital contributor to Equinox IT for the last 20 years in roles including Principal Consultant, Chief Technology Officer, Software Development Director and General Manager Wellington. Prior to Equinox IT Deane was the founder of an innovative internet start-up.

Deane is a graduate of the hotly contested Stanford 'd.school' Design Thinking Executive Programme held in Palo Alto. He is a Certified Agile Leader, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified ITIL, and Certified TOGAF Practitioner. He is a member of IT Professionals New Zealand and is a Chartered IT Professional New Zealand (CITPNZ). He is also a Member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand (MIML). Deane holds a NCB and NZIM Diploma in Management.
